A new look for a large garden

The clients had a large garden. They wanted a complete new look, with planting, patio, summer house and a new lawn.  The children had a play area that was to be kept, but they wanted to involve this with in the design. The intention behind our design was to create some focus away from the play area and to inject some color and shape into the space. The lawn was curved to meet the summer house. The main focus from the house was to be tree seat around the oak tree, making a place to sit and watch the children.  Planting consisted of bamboo, large shrubs, and trees, for scent and coverage.
